- Weight limit per person is 300lbs, minimum age to participate is 2 years old.
- Maximum number of guests per raft is two (2).
- Water shoes are recommended
- The use of flotation devices will be Mandatory.
- You should receive your tour tickets and payment receipt to the email address you provided during booking. Keep these safe on your phone.
- If you are walking to the Ocean Bamboo Rafting Outpost location, please arrive 10 minutes before your tour time.
- If you are taking the shuttle from the main hub to the rating outpost, arrive 15 minutes before your tour time in front of the main arrivals area (front desk).
- Upon arriving at the Ocean Bamboo Rafting outpost, show your ticket or payment receipt to the dispatcher or agent. Ensure you also have your all-access pass armband affixed to your arm.
- Ocean Bamboo Rafting agent will check you in for your Rafting Experience.
